I sometimes struggle to fit in time for my training so I can be a competitive athlete.

PRE & POST BABY
Pre & Post Natal healthPregnancy and childbirth don't necessarily mean that you can't take care of your body. In fact, it's imperative that you do! There are many benefits to continuing training before and after pregnancy, such as less back pain, easier labour and faster recovery after delivery.
There are also important considerations for when to stop training during pregnancy. You might need a referral to another service such as a Women's Health Physiotherapist or delay the recommencement of activity after pregnancy if there are any concerns. We ensure that you are looked after and monitored during your workouts so you can be sure to be in safe hands. |
